8 WEEKS
Look, everyone's gotta start somewhere, right? This program's perfect if you're just getting back into it or it's your first rodeo. We'll nail down the basics - proper movement patterns, building that base strength, getting your cardiovascular system online. No shame in starting here - some of my strongest athletes went through this first.
INTERMEDIATE
10 WEEKS
Alright, so you wanna tackle a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder? This is your jam. We're talking rope climbs, wall conquers, grip strength that won't quit, and the mental grit to push through when your body's screaming at you. I've prepped dozens of folks for these events and yeah, it's tough but super rewarding.
ADVANCED
12 WEEKS
Not gonna sugarcoat it - this one's brutal. Heavy compound movements, progressive overload that'll test your limits, and periodization that actually makes sense. If you've got a solid training background and you're ready to push into new territory with your strength numbers, let's do this. Just be ready to hurt (in a good way).
BEGINNER
6 WEEKS
Tired of gassing out after climbing a flight of stairs? Yeah, been there. This program's all about building that cardiovascular engine without beating yourself into the ground. We'll mix low-intensity work with some strategic intervals, teach you how to breathe properly (seriously, most people don't), and get your endurance up without the boring treadmill slog.
INTERMEDIATE
8 WEEKS
This is my personal favorite, not gonna lie. Real-world movement patterns that'll make everyday life easier and prep you for anything. We're doing loaded carries, multi-planar movements, unilateral work - stuff that actually translates outside the gym. Great for athletes or anyone who wants to be capable, not just look good in a mirror.
ADVANCED
16 WEEKS
Okay, this one's for the crazy ones - and I mean that as a compliment. Ultra races, multi-day events, pushing human limits type stuff. We're building aerobic capacity, muscular endurance that borders on ridiculous, and mental toughness you can't buy. I'll be honest, most people don't finish this program. But those who do? They're different when they come out the other side.
INTERMEDIATE
6 WEEKS
Short on time but wanna get after it? This high-intensity conditioning program's gonna light you up. We're talking circuit-style work, metabolic conditioning that'll have you questioning your life choices (temporarily), but getting results fast. Perfect if you've only got 45 minutes but wanna maximize every second.
BEGINNER
8 WEEKS
Don't need fancy equipment to get strong - just gotta know what you're doing. This program's all about mastering your own bodyweight. Push-ups, pull-ups (we'll work up to them), squats, lunges - the fundamentals that've worked for centuries. Plus you can do most of this stuff anywhere, which is pretty sweet.
ADVANCED
12 WEEKS
Wanna become ridiculously strong AND keep your athletic ability? That's what we're after here. Olympic lifting variations, strongman movements, explosive power development - all while maintaining the mobility and conditioning to actually use that strength. This isn't powerlifting, it's building complete athletic power.
