Nope! We've trained everyone from total beginners to former athletes. We'll meet you wherever you're at and build from there. That's the whole point of functional training - it scales to YOU.
Absolutely. We offer day passes and trial weeks so you can see if we're a good fit. Plus that free consultation I mentioned - come check out the space, meet the crew, get a feel for things.
Just comfortable workout clothes, indoor shoes with good grip, and a water bottle. We've got towels, showers, and all the equipment you'll need. Oh, and bring some energy - you'll need it!
Group classes run about 60 minutes. Personal training sessions are usually 45-60 minutes depending on what we're working on. We're flexible though - if you need something different, let's talk about it.
